• Transmitting harmful, offensive, or illegal content

• Reverse engineering or attempting to access source code

All estimates, projections, and recommendations are provided in good faith but should not be considered guarantees.

Indemnification Obligations

4. Duration

Confidentiality obligations survive termination of any agreement and continue for a period of five years unless otherwise specified in writing.

Intellectual Property

General Provisions

1. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any project-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Frame Perfect regarding the subject matter herein.

2. Amendments

Frame Perfect reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our website with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

3. Severability
